Will for David James Gradwell

=== David leaves everything to Kelly, his wife.  David’s wife Kelly is to be the 1^st level Executor with the help of her brother Alan Rubb.  And 2^nd level Power of Attorney to be the Christian non-profit organization (that Santo Spataro told me about in our first meeting on August 4. “Lodge Life Services”)  (1) Successive progression. And if Kelly and Alan need help they can give permission to  “Lodge Life Services”.

Kelly needs a lot of care.  I would like her to get help to move to nice care home like Landis Homes (1001 E Oregon Rd, Lititz, PA 17543). A place better than minimal, and that promises to keep her there if her money runs out and has to go on Medicaid. Somewhere in York County near some family members.

=== We support Yenk Smith (born June 10, 2010; Child ID: 194393-0875; $40/month) at World Vision, and two other children, Tumaini (born May 13, 2013; Child ID: TZ036800009; $38/month; Estimated Completion Date is 5/13/2035), and Irine (born April 24, 2011; Child ID: TZ036800193; $38/month; Estimated Completion Date is 4/24/2033) with Compassion International.  I would like this to continue as long as the normal support these organizations provide for them, or to the age of eighteen (as determined reasonable by my beneficiary (Kelly, David, or Sandra)).  This applies to if Kelly or David Gradwell is beneficiary, and if Sandra Ward and family is beneficiary. And also if none of the mentioned parties survive to carry on this favor to these children.

Kelly leaves everything to David, her husband.  Kelly’s husband David to be 1^st level Executor.  And 2^nd level Executor to be the Christian non-profit organization (that Santo Spataro told me about in our first meeting on August 4. “Lodge Life Services”) (1) Successive progression. And if David needs help, he can give permission to “Lodge Life Services” to work on what they need done.
